Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The data controller for lordosgroup.com is Lordos Group, Pipis Street, Pyrga, Larnaca 7468, Cyprus. For any question or request about your personal data, email contact@lordosgroup.com or call +357 22 465 326.
This policy covers the website only.
2. What we collect
Contact form. When you use the contact form, the first name, last name, email address and message you enter are sent to our email. The website keeps no copy. We use them only to reply to you, never for marketing.
Staff login. The login window is for authorised staff only. Visitors cannot create accounts on this website.
Server logs. Like any website, the server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them only to keep the website secure and working.
Statistics. We do not use Google Analytics or any other statistics or tracking service.
3. Form protection (Moat)
The contact form and the login and password-reset windows are protected against spam and automated abuse by Moat, a service provided by Solvagio. Because the login window is part of every page, your browser connects to Moat (moat.solvagio.com) when a page loads and completes a short computational check. Moat sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. When a protected form is sent, this website passes your IP address to Moat so it can tell people from automated attacks. Moat keeps only a pseudonymised, keyed hash of that address, together with the result of the check, for a short period, and then deletes it automatically. It never stores your IP address itself or anything you type into the form. Moat is hosted in the European Union.
4. Cookies
This website places no cookies or similar technologies on visitors’ devices. Strictly necessary cookies are set only when authorised staff log in to manage the website.
5. Content from other companies
Apart from the form protection in section 3 and the maps below, the website loads no content from other companies; its fonts are served from this website.
Maps. The interactive maps on the property pages, the property search and the contact page load map images directly from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (tile.openstreetmap.org) in the United Kingdom. To show them, your browser sends your IP address and the address of the page to the OpenStreetMap Foundation, whose own privacy policy applies (osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy). The European Commission recognises the United Kingdom as providing adequate protection for personal data.
Sharing buttons and links. The sharing buttons on property pages (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp) and links to other websites are plain links: nothing is sent to those companies unless you click them.
6. Who processes data on our behalf
TopHost, our hosting provider, hosts the website in the European Union (Belgium).
Solvagio maintains the website and provides the Moat protection.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
7. Why, and for how long
We process your data to answer your enquiry (steps you ask us to take before a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and to keep the website secure (our legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
8. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email contact@lordosgroup.com; we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
9. Security
The whole website runs over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted on its way to the server.
10. Changes
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
